Martin group offers, as a complete package for small hydropower stations, efficient technologies for environmentally friendly energy generation. Turbines with project specific strengths and built to the highest standards facilitate a shorter, safer amortisation time for your investment.
The extensive product range covering the following turbines can be applied to almost all sites.
Kaplan turbines begin operation at heads as low as 1.5m and can generate up to 20MW. They are specifically designed for low pressure sites with large flow rates. Through the double regulation of runner and vane they return a high efficiency and very good part-flow performance.
Cross-flow turbines are ideally suited for middle pressure sites with varying flow rates. Working above a head of 3m the turbines can produce up to 750 kW. They boast an impressive price to performance ratio and, through reliability and a flat performance curve, a sustainable power supply can be guaranteed.
Pelton turbines are characterised by excellent performance at relatively low costs for heads between 50 and 1000m. Rated powers of up to 30 MW can be achieved and through the use of up to 6 inlet nozzles, an outstanding efficiency and part-flow performance are guaranteed.
Francis turbines; at medium pressure sites, above 15m head can generate up to 30 MW and, due to their individual design and production, guarantee an high efficiency and part-flow performance. |
